During a "normal" year, today would have been a very satisfactory day, shorebird wise, at the Cedar River Mouth in Renton. However, compared to the previous few days, it seems a bit less than that. But what will tomorrow bring?

This is what I saw during the 2 hours or so I was there this morning:

Semipalmated Plover
Killdeer
Wilson's Snipe
Short-billed Dowitcher
Long-billed Dowitcher
Red Knot
Western Sandpiper
Least Sandpiper
Pectoral Sandpiper

Also:
Green Heron
American Pipit
